I spent 27 minutes on hold this morning trying to speak with someone and then was disconnected. It was 06:00 and I did not want to make a scene so I just left. I would have given the stay a better rating, but my last impression was when we checked out and I mentioned to the person that our reservation for our first two nights were to not to be charged the Resort Fee as stated on my reservation confirmation that I showed her and she said that was a mistake. We had several other surly bartenders as well. He said it was for me (I was playing at a slot machine) and that we were guests of the hotel and he still said it would be $5. My husband approached a bartender and requested a bottle of water and they wanted to charge him $5. Most employees encountered were very pleasant! Dealers in particular were great, bartenders not so much. We were given a bunch of coupons, but many of them we did not take advantage of, in particular the Buffet (closed Monday and Tuesday), which we were told would be honored at the Claim Jumper, but were not. We did have a Keurig in the room which was great, but no fridge. Bed was super comfy and the rain showerhead was a plus. The room was very nice, and well appointed. We had VIP check in which was fast and very friendly. We stayed in the Gold Tower and had an upgrade to the 16th floor Gold Club.
